WellDyne is a leading Pharmacy Benefit Management Company that leverages technology and data analytics to offer personalised engagement and targeted services to payers, patients and providers.

It caters to Benefits Management, Pharmacy Claim Adjudication, Clinical Programs and Speciality/Mail Order Pharmacy with a prime focus on Prescription Drug Cost Transparency and Savings.

Prior to its association with AVIZVA, WellDyne was dependent on multiple pharmacy software systems such as ANS and a plethora of portal legacy applications in order to serve its members. These pharmacy software systems offered an extremely disintegrated user experience. They necessitated the management of multiple applications, thus adding to WellDyne’s overall IT support & maintenance costs. Additionally, these applications & systems catered to only a specific set of use cases for the members. As a result, majority of the services had to be dealt manually by WellDyne’s customer care representatives.
