AVIZVA is a SOC2 Type II and HIPAA Compliant organization. We adhere to all legal obligations, and AVIZVA system of Application Development & Maintenance Services with Software as a Service (SaaS) has built our services relevant to Trust Services Criteria for Security, Availability, Confidentiality, Privacy, and HIPAA Security Rule. We ensure that all Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) are rigorously protected.
This policy, along with any other resources referred to in it, sets out the basis on which any personal information you provide to us or data we collect about you from other sources will be processed by us. “Process” includes collecting, storing, and using the information.

In reference to this policy,
- “Personal Information, PHI and PII” means Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and its implementing regulations, and other personal data as defined by applicable privacy and data protection laws.
- “Platform” means the mobile application, product, portal, software, services and/or website of the AVIZVA.
- “Services” shall mean such services as extended by us on our website.

- “Visitors” refers to the person who visits/access the website of Avizva.
- Reference to “you” or “your” shall refer to the Visitor and User as applicable.
Your rights in respect of your personal information

Sharing Information With Third Parties
For the purposes referred to in this policy and relying on the bases for processing as set out above, we may share your personal information amongst businesses in AVIZVA and its affiliates. However, we will not share any Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that falls under the restrictions of HIPAA law, as discussed previously. Any de-identified or non-identifiable information may be utilized for internal purposes and the enhancement of our services, in accordance with HIPAA regulations and other applicable privacy laws.
Your Responsibility/ Declarations
- You guarantee that you are a legal person who can form a legally binding contract under the applicable laws of applicable countries.
- That the information furnished to us is true, accurate, complete and up-to-date.
- For the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, you are responsible for the truthfulness of all the data communicated and will keep the information updated, so that said information reflects their actual situation.
- You guarantee that you have informed all such persons/parties on whose behalf you may have provided information, where applicable, of the aspects contained in this Privacy Policy. You also guarantee that you have obtained their authorization to provide their information to us for the purposes indicated herein.
- You will be responsible for false or inaccurate information provided through the platform and for damages, whether direct or indirect, that this may cause to us, to our clients/partners or any of our agents or other users.
- You accept and agree that there may be certain information that we may not allow you to review for legal, security or other reasons.
How long do we keep your information
We will retain information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:
